CANCELLATION POLICY

Buffalo Grass Safaris Expert offers flexible payment options to ensure a smooth booking process. Clients can either:

1. Deposit 30% of the total cost at the time of booking and complete the payment upon arrival.
2. Pay the full amount upfront, though this is not mandatory. Clients may also choose to carry cash and settle their payment upon arrival.

Prepayment (whether partial or full) is highly recommended to allow us to secure accommodations and other arrangements in advance. If a client requests a refund after making full payment before arrival, our policy will be based on the cancellation terms of the booked accommodations and activities. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash on arrival.

FLIGHTS

On request, Buffalo Grass Safaris Expert can arrange domestic flights to ensure seamless travel between safari destinations. If you need assistance booking flights—particularly those from the mainland to Zanzibar or Pemba—we are happy to help.

Additionally, we can assist with international flight bookings by directing clients to the best booking offices for their travel needs.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Unexpected events can occur before, during, or after a trip. Therefore, Buffalo Grass Safaris Expert highly recommends that all clients obtain travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unpredictable situations.

Please note that Buffalo Grass Safaris Expert does not provide travel or medical insurance. However, we do offer basic first aid assistance when needed. Ensuring your safety and comfort throughout your journey is our priority.
